This website is operated by Investors Home Realtors, a property advisory working on the YEIDA and Noida International Airport corridor, with its office at Sector 18, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 203201.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02What this site is — and is not

Everything published here is general information about the corridor: scheme explainers, sector commentary and process walkthroughs. It is written for a general reader, not for your circumstances.

Reading this site does not create an advisory or agency relationship between us. That begins only when we have spoken, agreed a scope of work in writing, and you have engaged us.

03Accuracy of information

Corridor information changes constantly — authority notifications, scheme terms, allotment rates, master-plan revisions and infrastructure timelines are all revised without notice.

We take reasonable care to keep what we publish current and to source it from authority notifications and our own on-ground tracking. We do not warrant that any figure, date, status or projection on this site is complete, current or free of error. Verify anything you intend to act on against the authority's own records.
