What we collect,and why.

01The short version

We collect what you type into the enquiry form, and nothing else. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

02What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Whatever you write in the message field

03What we do not collect

• No advertising or social-media tracking pixels.
• No analytics profile of your browsing.
• No account, because the site has no login.
• No payment details — we never take money through this website.

04Why we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started — by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer. If you later engage us, the same details become part of that ordinary client correspondence.

We will not add you to a marketing list off the back of an enquiry.

05Who else sees it

Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, which processes it in order to send the message. Our email is hosted by a standard business email provider.

Beyond those service providers, we share your details with no one — no data brokers, no partner developers, no lead-selling arrangements of any kind. We will disclose information if the law requires it of us.

06Where it is stored, and for how long

Enquiries live in our email inbox. There is no separate customer database behind this website.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and delete it when it plainly is not. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

07Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies, which is why you have not been shown a consent banner. Embedded third-party content — the Google Maps frames on the corridor map, and any YouTube video you play — may set cookies of its own under Google's policies once it loads.

08Your choices

Write to hello@investorshomerealtors.in for any of these. We will act on it promptly.

• Ask what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your enquiry and stop contacting you.
• Reply to any message from us to opt out of further contact.

09Children

This site is meant for adults transacting in property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10Changes

If what we collect changes — for example if analytics is added later — this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date above will move.
