02We are advisors, not the authority

Investors Home Realtors is a private advisory firm. We are not YEIDA, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, any government department, or any agent of them, and nothing on this site should be read as an official communication.

Authority notifications, scheme brochures and allotment terms published by YEIDA itself are the only authoritative source on those subjects. Where our summary and the authority's document differ, the authority's document is right.

03No guarantee of allotment or return

Scheme applications are decided by draw and by the authority's own eligibility rules. No one can guarantee you an allotment.
Property values can fall as well as rise. Corridor infrastructure can be delayed, rescoped or cancelled.
Historic price movement in any sector is not a forecast, and should not be read as one.
Any timeline we mention for infrastructure is our reading of publicly announced plans, not a commitment by anyone.

04Figures, dates and status

Rates, sector statuses, project stages and scheme dates on this site are drawn from authority notifications and our weekly on-ground tracking at the time of writing. They go out of date quickly.

Before you rely on any number here, confirm it directly with the authority or ask us for the current position.

Photography, renders and the three-dimensional construction sequence on this site are illustrative. They depict the type of work we manage, not any specific plot, allotment or completed building, and they are not to scale.

06Third-party content

Maps, satellite imagery, videos and external links are provided by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.

07Verify before you transact

For any plot you are considering, satisfy yourself independently — through your own advisors — on title, allotment status, outstanding dues, transfer eligibility, lock-in period and approvals. We will help you do that; we cannot do it in your place.
