Construction
An empty plot. Then keep scrolling.
Seven stages, the way we actually run them on corridor land — from the first survey peg to the day the lights go on.
The plot
Bare corridor land, pegged and string-lined. Title checked, layout compliance confirmed — nothing moves until the paper does.

Construction
Your plot, built — floor by accountable floor.
Independent homes, commercial buildouts and turnkey villas on corridor plots. One contract carries approvals, contractors, payments and quality — and every stage is released, not assumed.
01Approvals
Sanctioned drawings and layout compliance before ground is broken.
02Foundation
Vetted contractors on site, soil work and footings audited.
03Structure
Stage-wise payments released only against verified progress.
04Handover
Snag audit, completion papers, keys — one accountable contract.
The same seven, on paper
You just watched it happen. Here is who is accountable at each step.
Every stage above is a release point, not a milestone in a brochure. Work is audited, photographed and signed off before the next payment moves — which is the only reason a plot owner two states away can build with any confidence at all.
01The plot
Bare corridor land, pegged and string-lined. Title checked, layout compliance confirmed — nothing moves until the paper does.
02Groundwork
Site fenced, levels taken, the dig set out to the sanctioned drawing. Spoil stays on site; the crane base goes down first.
03Foundation
Footings, rebar cages, then the raft and plinth — and the dig backfilled over them. Steel is counted and photographed before a single pour is signed off.
04The frame
Walls and slabs, storey by accountable storey. Each level is audited and released on its own — payments follow progress, never precede it.
05Envelope
Stone, render and floor-to-ceiling glass close the shell. The structure stops being a skeleton and starts being a home.
06Finishing
Parapet, pergola and roof terrace up top, services commissioned. Scaffold strikes, the crane comes down, the snag list gets walked.
07Handover
Landscaping in, completion papers filed, lights on. One contract carried it from empty plot to keys in hand.
Construction is one of four things we carry end to end.
